A full re-cover is priced by area and system — EPDM rubber is roughly €90–€140/sqm and fibreglass €110–€170/sqm, ex-VAT. If the covering is generally sound and the leak is local, a repair is the right call. If the felt has perished across the roof, there are multiple splits, or the deck underneath is soft, a re-cover in EPDM or fibreglass costs more up front but lasts 20–30 years instead of patching every winter.
