I've just had my flat roof repaired by Keystone Roofing. I found them a pleasure to deal with from once I spoke to Michael and received my estimate which was very good for the work to when the crew finished. Everything was explained so I understood the project and the crew were so punctual, professtional and friendly. They were so tidy also. The project finished as per time advised and the customer care from Michael was exceptional with a follow-up phone call after the first day's work to he coming down on a Sunday, to see the work before signing off the guarantee. I would have no hesitation in calling them again if needed and I would highly recommend Michael and his crew for any project and will be only too happy to spread the word. I had quite a bad leak at a flat roof located on the main roof of a 3 storey Georgian building. A very reliable local contractor recommended Keystone roofing . I contacted Michael and found him to be very professional and informative. Following further inspection it became apparent that the remainder of the roof required significant attention also . There was extensive breakage throughout complicated by the existence of Asbestos slates . Michael proposed an alternative to complete replacement , repairing and extending the life of the roof , by cleaning and replacing numerous slates and ridge tiles etc I was very pleased with this solution so much so that I asked Michael to look at another very problematic lower flat roof , he immediately identified the root cause of the ongoing leaks and repaired that too . I ended up spending far more money than I intended initially, however the quotes were fair and competitive and the work was excellent and I now have peace of mind . The weather was beyond horrendous throughout and we did encounter some minor issues along the way but Michael resolved them promptly and to my complete satisfaction. The roofing crew were lovely, really courteous and obliging. I have no hesitation in recommending Keystone Roofing . Thank you Michael and your staff.

We had Kevin call up very close to Christmas to look at a leak. He did some repairs which he thought were the problem. He said that would hold until January when the roof could be fully redone. He also didn't look at the crack we thought was the problem. The drip peristed so we called Michael who said Kevin would call the following day. We found Michael pleasant and professional to deal with on the phone. Kevin did return, and repaired the cracked tile we had noticed, but was adamant that we were not to be contacting Keystone again about this matter. This second call out was not pleasant having paid for the repair just the day before, and it negated our previous positive interaction. He insisted there was no guarantee on the work but was happy to take payment. We continue to monitor the roof while searching for someone who can stand over their work. We do not want to deal with Keystone for any further work on our roof.

An aggressive driver for the company was involved in a hit and run as part of an act of road rage. The company responded by lying and saying there is more footage while also trying to get the video footage taken down. They have not suspended or sacked the driver who performed the hit and run as of yet.

Flat roof replacement I originally contracted Keystone Roofing in May to replace an ageing flat roof. The renovation work was carried out in a timely manner however some mistakes were done along the way. We are currently trying to resolve outstanding matters with Keystone.

We worked with Michael and his team. We invited them to change the roof of the dormer window and insulate its walls. However, in the process it became clear that we needed to replace the roof over the dormer. Michael was very helpful and we were able to negotiate a very good compromise agreement. All the work was done perfectly and safely. We have had several heavy rains with wind and no more leaks. Michael also helped fix minor problems on other areas of the roof, for which we give him a special thanks. This is our third time replacing a section of roof and so far the best.
