Quotation and Acceptance
All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. Acceptance of any quotation must be in writing prior to any work being done. Any variations to the scope of work may be subject to a revised quotation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed upon per contract. For scheduling work, this may entail a deposit amount, with the final balance due upon completion. We accept payments through bank transfers or other arrangements mutually agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
Only written cancellations are allowed. Any cancellation less than 48 hours from the scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee. Special order materials may incur additional charges.
Warranty and Liability
Warranty: We offer a warranty on both materials and workmanship, as specified in your contract. The warranty period varies based on the type of service provided.
Liability: Keystone Roofing and Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Health and Safety
We are fully compliant with all relevant health regulations here in Ireland. Our team is trained to operate safely and efficiently, ensuring the safety of our staff and your property.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information only as required to deliver our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your prior consent except in cases provided for by law.
